School Rules

Mansfield State School is committed to providing a safe, respectful and disciplined learning environment for students and staff, where students have opportunities to engage in quality learning experiences and acquire values supportive of their lifelong wellbeing.

Expectations of all students at Mansfield fall under our 3 main rules:

BE SAFE

BE RESPECTFUL

BE A LEARNER

All students are explicitly taught these rules, and every class has lessons around what each of these rules means in and out of the classroom, and in the different roles of students throughout the day.

Virtues and Values

To support students in following our 3B's, we explicitly teach all students at Mansfield virtues and values that help them in their social, emotional, physical and academic well-being. There are new virtues and values introduced every fortnight across the school, which are reinforced in class, in the playgrounds, at assemblies and in the newsletter.
